Upon payment for your item please "add message to seller" and specify exactly what you would like to be engraved, and in which direction i.e. Landscape or portrait, please ensure you double check your spelling as I cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that are not my fault. For fonts I engrave see [here] and if there is specific you would like please add this to the message, if no font is requested I will engrave in a suitable font for the message. If no engraving instructions are received within 24 hours the photo personalized gifts id tag will be sent plain.
You are free to return the product within 14 days if if the item is faulty for a full refund, I cannot offer refunds if the information sent over to me is wrong, based on engraving work.
