In This Video, I’m making a Gift for a friend, a Big 8” x 4” x 3/4” Wooden Tag Craft for Fall Decorating, Personalized with her name. I made it from Scrap wood from the many projects I’ve done and in this way I was able to Reuse this material instead of throwing it away and wasting precious material from trees. I made it with a Vintage, Rustic Look and also made Shiny Washers Rusty to compliment the look. You can also give it a Christmas, Spring, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Any Occasion Version. It’s a Great Gift!!
Make it Rusty Concoction: SAFETY FIRST- (Use Gloves and in a Well Ventilated Area) Equal Parts of White Distilled Vinegar Hydrogen Peroxide 1 Tbsp Salt -Put the washers in a cup and add mixture just until the washers are covered . Let sit overnight or 24 hrs. **I took out one washer about 4 hours after and it still did the job, but overnight, the washers were completely rusted.
