Hello friends! In today's video we're continuing the thrifting for gifting series and looking for more items to add to our thrift store gifts- books baskets. The book baskets are books we've selected at thrift stores, along with the baskets to put them in. Then we find items that relate to the story or book type to include into the baskets. Creating a special gift that friends and family are sure to love! We'll be visiting Goodwill and America's Thrift Store to search for items like serving dishes, mugs, candles, and more! After we visit two thrift stores, we'll head home and do a massive thrift haul. I was able to score a bunch of beautiful pieces that will go along well with certain book baskets. I'm sharing a few of the baskets that are almost complete and ideas on what items you can look for that work well for most people. Thrifting for gifts is an amazing way to be intentional with your gift giving, while also staying on a budget and not overspending. The gift of a book basket is a gift from the heart that allows you to give one of your friends and family members items that are sustainable and unique. Thrift stores are filled with so many amazing secondhand finds that are perfect to give as gifts!
